Alev Özkefeli Özkan, a partner of DENTACELL Maltepe, was born in 1980 in Samsun. She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2004.

In 2010-2012, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Istanbul Chamber of Dentists. She is currently working as the representative of Maltepe District. She is married to Kadir Özkan.
